Jennifer Aniston has revealed some of her wellness routines, which include getting a minimum of eight hours of sleep every night and staying hydrated by drinking 100 ounces of water daily. As for her breakfast choices, she likes to keep it simple with warm lemon water, followed by either a shake or avocado and eggs. Occasionally, she opts for puffed millet cereal with a banana or oatmeal with an egg white added for an extra protein boost, a tip she learned from her ex-husband Justin Theroux.

Aniston recommends adding an egg white to your food right before it’s ready to give it a fluffy and delicious texture. Her food plan includes mostly gluten-free, low-sugar, low-carb, and high-protein options such as meat, eggs, cheese, fish, and shellfish. For lunch and dinner, she usually has a serving of healthy protein with salad or veggies. White peaches with string cheese are her go-to snack, but she admits to indulging in chips and guacamole with a margarita as her not-so-healthy treat. She jokes about her predictability in choosing this snack.

Maintaining her youthful physique is important to her and she attributes a lot of it to working out. She has been a devoted follower of yoga and spinning for a long time but has recently added interval training to her routine. She specifically enjoys Rise Nation, a workout that involves cardio and climbing exercises. Additionally, she has intense workout sessions with her trainer, Leyon Azubuike.
