The former Miss Israel is starring in Wonder Woman, out in June

The soon-to-be-released movie, Wonder Woman, will showcase the former Miss Israel in a prominent role. The film is set to hit theaters in June of this year. In a recent photo shoot for a magazine, the stunning Israeli actress exhibited her A-list style, wearing a fashionable Bottega Veneta outfit in taupe, a figure-hugging Diane von Furstenberg dress, and a playful Prada dress from the 70s. As a tribute to her character’s patriotism, she also sported a Gucci cardigan jacket in red, white, and blue over an Hermès swimsuit. Despite her undeniable charm and celebrity status, Gal initially had no plans to pursue a career in acting. However, she was encouraged to do so after being approached for a Bond girl audition while studying law in college. Prior to that, she dutifully served two years in the Israeli Defense Forces after winning the Miss Israel title in 2004.

Reluctant: She didn't even want to be an actress, and was studying law following a stint in the IDF when she was approached to audition to play a Bond girl

Despite not having much interest in acting, she decided to give it a shot after completing her service in the IDF and obtaining a law degree. The opportunity that came her way was to audition for the role of a Bond girl.

She first appeared as Wonder Woman in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

When the opportunity to play Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was presented to her in 2016, she initially turned it down. She believed that acting wasn’t her forte and considered herself too serious and intellectual for it as she was studying law and international relations. Additionally, since the script was in English – a language she wasn’t entirely comfortable with – she was even more hesitant about accepting the role. Although she didn’t land the part, she was cast in Fast & Furious and later pursued modeling. Nevertheless, it seems fate had different plans for her as she ultimately landed the role of Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice last year. Despite her undeniable physical attractiveness, some people expressed concerns over her casting.

Seriously? Gal said some comic book fans were upset with her casting because her breasts aren't big enough

Can you believe it? Gal reported that some fans of the comic book expressed disappointment in her casting as the main character due to their belief that her breasts were too small.

Bust boost: She was pregnant while filming and would come to set with migraines

Boosting the bust: The female celebrity kept up with her filming commitments even while being pregnant, but had to cope with severe headaches while working on set.

Next thing: Though she wasn't cast as a Bond girl, she did get a role in Fast & Furious

The performer opened up about missing out on the opportunity to become a Bond girl, but happily landed a part in the Fast & Furious franchise. Unfortunately, her petite chest prevented her from being considered for the former role, which sparked a lot of online chatter. Interestingly, while shooting the collaborative film, her bust appeared to have increased in size, possibly due to her pregnancy at that time. She disclosed that she found out she was expecting while filming for Justice League and had to cope with recurring headaches. She is now a mother of two girls with her spouse, who works in the field of real estate development.
