Jennifer Aniston, who gained fame as Rachel in the TV show Friends, has shared her secret to staying fit and healthy. She has barely gained weight since her Friends days and recently told Well And Good that she stays in great shape by starting her day with a super-healthy breakfast and doing two daily workouts.

She revealed that depending on whether or not she has work, she wakes up either at 4:30 or 5 am in the morning. However, if she doesn’t have any engagements, she stays up late and wakes up anytime between 8 and 9 am. She also shared that her go-to morning drink is a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon.

Jennifer Aniston incorporates 10 to 20 minutes of transcendental meditation into her daily routine before having breakfast with her husband Justin Theroux. Her morning shake comprises pure protein, bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens, maca powder, and a small amount of cacao.
