She shared that her typical routine involves waking up between 4:30 and 5 am when she has work, but if not, she prefers to sleep in until 8 or 9 am because she is a night owl. Her go-to morning drink is a simple cup of hot water with a slice of lemon.

Every morning, Jennifer Aniston, alongside her husband Justin Theroux, takes out 10-20 minutes for transcendental meditation before having breakfast. Her breakfast usually consists of a protein shake that is blended with bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, dynamic greens vegetable mix, maca powder, and cacao.
