Jennifer Aniston’s Early Morning Fitness Routine: A Gruelling Regimen for Staying in Top Form

Jennifer Aniston has a dedicated early morning workout routine, starting around 5 am. Despite her busy schedule, the Horrible Bosses actress makes sure to fit in her “pretty intense” exercises. On workdays, Aniston wakes up at 4:30 or 5 am, while on off days, she sleeps in until around 8 or 9 am since she considers herself a night owl. Aniston begins her day with a cup of hot water flavored with lemon before heading off to do her workout. With the help of a trainer, she participates in a spin-yoga class that combines 30 minutes of spinning and 40 minutes of yoga, which she finds quite challenging.

Afterwards, I like to head to the gym where I mix it up with some strength training or switch between the treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine. It helps keep things interesting. When it comes to my post-workout meal, I usually opt for a protein shake with bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a blend of dynamic greens, maca powder, and cacao. If I’m not in the mood for a shake, I’ll go for some poached eggs on toast with avocado or a bowl of millet cereal with almond milk and bananas. This cereal is especially delicious when warmed up during the colder months.
