Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have released a new single called “Bongos” along with a vibrant music video directed by Tanu Muino. In an interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Cardi B addressed fans’ expectations of “WAP” and warned them that “Bongos” would not be a sequel to the hit song. While Cardi B has not announced a second album yet, she has released several singles this year. In contrast, Megan Thee Stallion released her sophomore album in August 2022 and has been busy with other projects, including acting. Tory Lanez, who shot Megan Thee Stallion, was recently sentenced to prison.
